Profile: Northern California HR Association

The mission of the Northern California Human Resources Association (NCHRA) is:
“To provide leadership and support for the development of the human resources professional, to serve as an advocate of the human resources profession, and to identify and communicate emerging issues and their impact on the successful management of a diverse workforce.”

With 3,700 members, NCHRA is an incorporated, non-profit professional association founded in 1960. It is proud to be one of the largest chapter affiliates (#47) of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
